I love this podcast. I found Davidji during the pandemic and have been meditating with him ever since. Often in spiritual/meditation podcasts, I have felt like what the host(s) share is saying is unattainable for the average person. This podcast gives realistic, actionable advice to guide you through your days. I appreciate the realness of the hosts - when Davidji shared that he has let paper accumulate and has to look at everything before he throws it away, I laughed because I am the same way. I appreciated the share because the hosts aren’t saying they are these perfectly enlightened people, they’re navigating life just like the rest of us. Thank you 🩷
